Rules and Guidelines1. Electricity can be provided. Must bring extension cords.2. You must remain set up until 5:30pm July 15, 2023.
3. Space dimensions are 10’ x 10’ with an 8ft table if you need more than that please connect with johnny@laup.org
4. Your space should be set up by 11am on July 15, 2023. There will be availability to set up on Friday, July 14 please contact LAUP prior to Friday if you would like to set up on Friday.
5. Space(s) cannot be reserved or guaranteed until LAUP receives the full rental amount by the June 15 deadline
6. Your space will be assigned and information about the day will be sent via email 1 week prior to July 15.
7. You are responsible to clean your area completely when you leave.
8. LAUP is not responsible for lost or stolen items/money, or, for personal injuries, which may occur during Fiesta events.
9. LAUP strictly prohibits the sale or display of items, which advertise or make mention of the following:
(a) Obscene language; (b) Alcohol or drugs; and (c) Derogatory comments in reference to race, creed or ethnic origin.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN REMOVAL AND WILL RESULT IN NO LONGER PARTICIPATING IN FUTURE LAUP EVENTS.
