3. Space dimensions are 8’ x 6’ with an 8ft table if you need more than that please email with fiesta@laup.org

4. Your space should be set up by 10:45am on July 20, 2024. There will be availability to set up on Friday, July 19th as parking will be very busy due to  the farmers market and parking will be limited.

5. Your space will be assigned and information about the day will be sent via email 1 week prior to July 20th.

6. You are responsible to clean your area completely when you leave.
7. LAUP is not responsible for lost or stolen items/money, or, for personal injuries, which may occur during Fiesta events.
8. LAUP strictly prohibits the sale or display of items, which advertise or make mention of the following:
(a) Obscene language; (b) Alcohol or drugs; and (c) Derogatory comments in reference to race, creed or ethnic origin.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN REMOVAL AND WILL RESULT IN NO LONGER PARTICIPATING IN FUTURE LAUP EVENTS.
9. You understand that you have granted permission to Latin American's United for Progress to use photographs and/or video of me taken during this event in publications, news releases, online, and in other communications related to LAUP Fiesta.
